Ben and Jerry's is getting some unwanted attention this week after the publication of the findings of an Organic Consumers Association study in which 10 of 11 samples of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream tested positive for glyphosate.

Glyphosate is the active ingredient in Monsanto's Roundup herbicide.

OrganicConsumers.org has a complete list of the flavors that have tested positive for the "weed killer". Some consumers have mentioned that while the amount of chemical per serving is below legal limits, people are asking what happens if you eat the whole container in one sitting. 'Cause who hasn't done that? People love to binge on ice cream, right?

The OCA's story is asking consumers to call out the Ben & Jerry's executives on social media, and they have set up an online petition in an attempt to get the company to stop advertising their "organic flavors" as such.

Will this be enough to change the way Ben & Jerry's package and advertise their products? What do you think the company should do in response to the OCA's findings?
