Missing Child Found

Nicholas Wynn was located safe in the 1200 block of Spring Forest Drive at 5:04am, when the residents walked outside to find him on their front porch.

Thank you to everyone who assisted in locating this missing child.


 

At 1:54 a.m. this morning (Saturday, November 5) Killeen officers responded to a 911 call about a missing 8-year-old boy. The child, Nicholas Wynn, was last seen before bedtime at approximately 11:00 p.m.

When his parents checked on him just before 2:00 a.m., they found him missing and with the window left open. Police believe that is how Nicholas got out.

Nicholas is a light-skinned black male who is about 4-feet tall and weighs around 70 pounds. He described with black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing gray sweatpants and a gray t-shirt with the logo LAVEGA ELEMENTARY on the front.

Officers have been searching this morning and will continue to do so. If anyone has seen Nicholas or knows of his whereabouts, please contact the Killeen Police Department at 526-8830.
