A Few Things You Didn’t Know About Roger Creager
If you are a fan of the Texas Music Scene, you are most likely a fan of Roger Creager. Roger has been a staple on the music scene since the release of his first album in 1998 thanks to his energetic live show and cult following of dedicated fans, but here are a few interesting Roger tidbits that you might not be aware of:
-Roger started playing the piano when he was in second grade.
-Roger has a degree in business from Sam Houston State University as well as a degree in agriculture from Texas A&M University.
-Roger played the trumped in the Texas A&M University marching band.
-Roger is a licensed pilot.
-Roger has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa.
-Roger's dad Bill, who often joins him onstage providing vocals on songs such as "Rancho Grande", is also a Green Beret.
Roger will be rocking the Schoepf's backyard THIS Thursday night for the Texas Music Series. We will be broadcasting live from 5 to 7 p.m. before the big show out at Schoepf’s in Belton, so please come out early! With John David Kent opening, this is a show you don’t want to miss.
