American Idol’s Savannah Votion to open up Bloomin Temple 2013
American Idol judge Randy Jackson called Savannah Votion a “natural performer” when she auditioned for American Idol Season 12 in San Antonio. The young mother’s rendition of Etta James’s “At Last” prompted Nicki Minaj to say she was born to sing.
The judges gave the Texan an enthusiastic, unanimous “yes” to go on to Hollywood Week, but unfortunately Savannah was sent home during group performance on Week 3.
The 24-year old will bring that Idol experience to the Bloomin Temple 2013 stage as she will be the opening performance on Friday, May 10th in downtown Temple.
Inspired by her grandfather, Savannah feels she has what it takes to make it in this business and her goals in life are "to achieve them."
