Austin Man Throws Toddler Out of 3rd Floor Window

Witnesses say the say 32-year-old Fnu Faizullah tossed a two-year-old child out of a third story apartment window on Thursday. His wife told police the toddler fell at a local park.

Travis County Jail records say Fnu was being held on Friday on charges of injury to a child. KWTX reports that an affidavit says Faizullah told police he fell asleep when the child fell out the window. A witness outside the apartment is said to have reported hearing someone yelling, then saw Fnu remove the screen from the window and toss the child out.

His bond is reported to be set at $30,000.
