Noah Henry is a sixteen-year-old Junior at Belton High School, and he's making his way to Omaha to take part in the Olympic Swimming Trials. It must run in the family because Noah's older brother Hayden is a Senior at the University of Texas and also qualified for the trials which take place in Omaha, Nebraska next week. It's a moment for Central Texas to be proud of as both brothers have a real shot at making the Olympic team.

On Monday, Noah will try to earn a spot on the team in the 100 backstroke and on Wednesday the 100 butterfly. Hayden will try to qualify in the 200 breaststroke. As a Longhorn, Hayden has already seen his share of success as a part of three Big 12 swim titles and two NCAA championships.

Both brothers will compete in front of some 14,000 fans at Omaha's CentryLink Center in addition to a national television audience.

Let's all keep our fingers crossed for these two local boys. Only 16 swimmers will advance, then that field is trimmed down to 8. Once we reach the finals, the top 2 swimmers are invited to join the Olympic team. Best of luck. Central Texas is cheering you on!
