Belton police need your help finding two men who robbed and kidnapped a restaurant worker at gunpoint on January 3. Bell County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $1,000 for information.

It happened last Friday (Jan 3), in the parking lot of Jake's Chinese Buffet, in the 500 block of E. 6th Street in Belton, where the victim works.  He told police when he got off work about 10:30 Friday night,  two Hispanic men drove up in an older model blue Ford.  The passenger got out, he had a gun, he robbed the victim then forced him into the trunk of the car.

The suspects then drove around making several stops, until finally around 7 am, they let the victim out in the 1200 block of Valley Mills Dr. in Waco, The two suspects then drove off.

The suspect with the gun is described as a 25 to 30 year old Hispanic man, between 5'8" and 5'10”,  with a medium build. He has black hair in a Mohawk-style, brown eyes and tattoos on both arms, including a portrait of a woman's face on his left forearm. He was last seen wearing a light brown shirt, baggy blue jeans, a black jacket, and a thick gold chain around his neck.

The victim did not get a good look at the driver who is believed to be a Hispanic man.

The older model blue Ford used in the kidnapping had a broken passenger window that was covered with plastic and tape.
