Boil Alert Issued For Nolanville Customers

A boil notice has been issued by the Bell County Water Improvement District 3 for all Nolanville customers while ongoing repairs take place to fix a water leak along West I-190. 

It's standard procedure from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to inform customers of the need to boil all water before consumption while repairs are underway.

Bell County WCID 3 says all customers should bring water to a rolling boil before consumption in order to remove bacteria and harmful microbes. This includes drinking water, and water for cooking or making ice. Water should be brought to a rolling boil for at least 2 minutes and then cooled before being put to use.

When it is no longer necessary to boil your water WCID 3 will send out notice to all customers.
