Car Stolen in Temple Found in Williamson County Lake

Temple police are looking for two suspects filmed stealing a car in Temple that was later found in a lake.

The car was left running in the parking lot of the Spin Zone Laundromat on South 1st Street around 7:30 PM Friday, November 27 while the victim went inside to check clothes in a washer. Surveillance footage from the establishment shows two people driving away with the car while the woman was preoccupied.

Police notified the woman Sunday that her car was recovered from a lake in Williamson County.
