Carrie Underwood is just like every other mom out there, trying to keep life in perspective. The "Church Bells" singer posted a photo of her son Isaiah early Thursday morning (Aug. 11) sporting a diaper, T-shirt and fedora.

"Some mornings, pants are optional...even when the fedora is not. Just kidding, we had a blowout. #KeepingItReal #momlife," she writes alongside the photo on Instagram.

Fans were very receptive of a glimpse into Underwood's life and home, where toys are spread out on the floor in front of Isaiah and a shelf above reveals family photos and a bobblehead of the superstar's husband, Mike Fisher.

"I'm so glad even with your millions of dollars your family room still looks just like mine, overrun with toys. Keeping it real, is right! It's good to see you're still humble and down to earth. Probably a reason why you're loved by so many," one fan says.

Underwood's week is a busy one, as she performed at the Grand Ole Opry Wednesday night and will be there again on Friday (Aug. 12). She posted some photos and videos of herself hanging out on her bus getting ready for her performance.

"I love this place!" she gushed of the legendary stage in a video to fans. Later, she captioned a photo backstage and added, "This place is magic!!!"

During the evening, Kelsea Ballerini and Old Crow Medicine Show also performed while Underwood watched from beside the stage. She recently celebrated yet another No. 1 song with "Church Bells," marking her 24th No. 1 song.
