Carter BloodCare In Need Of Central Texas Donors

December is the time when many blood centers across the country run low on supply. Donations slow down over the holidays and that's why Carter BloodCare is asking Central Texas residents to make blood donations if at all possible.

When you donate blood with Carter BloodCare it is used to take care of patients at Metroplex Hospital in Killeen, Seton Medical Center in Harker Heights, the Olin E. Teague Veteran's Medical Center, along with several other Hospitals in the area.

Carter BloodCare's mobile blood unit will make two more stops before the end of the year in Bell County. A Blood donation bus will be at the Chick-Fil-A restaurant in Killeen on Trimmier Road from 10am to 4pm today. Thursday the blood donation bus will stop at the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce from 11am to 3pm.
