Cat Saves Child From Attacking Dog

We've all heard stories of dogs defending children from attackers, but how often do you hear about a cat doing the same? It happened, and it was all caught on tape.

In security camera footage submitted to YouTube by user Roger Triantafilo, a dog can be seen grabbing a little boy's leg in its jaws and violently pulling him from his bicycle. Seconds later, a gray cat comes to the rescue, bravely jumping into the fray and chasing the dog away.

Judging from the footage, it's unclear why the dog attacked the child or if it was just trying to play too roughly, but the video's description reads:

My cat defends my son during a vicious dog attack and runs the dog off before he can do additional damage. Thankfully, my son is fine!
