Billy Currington is back on top of the country music world, thanks in large part to the success of his latest album, We Are Tonight.  It wasn't too long ago that Billy was in the press for all the wrong reasons.

Less than a year ago an altercation with a neighbor put Billy Currington in the headlines, not for his music, but because of charges of elderly abuse and making terroristic threats to a neighbor  he believed was boating too close & too fast to his dock.  With a 1-5 year prison sentence possible, Currington pleaded guilty to the elderly abuse charge in a plea deal that dropped the terroristic threat charge.  He now must attend anger management charges and was place on 5 years of probation.

All that is behind him, however, as he celebrates his 40th birthday with a recent #1 hit under his belt ("Hey Girl") and another single released to radio the day before the big 4-0.  Have a listen to the new single and tell us what you think of the title track to Currington's new album, We Are Tonight.
