It’s National Potato Day, despite what those radical dieters believe, potatoes are good for you!

People all over the world can’t be wrong.   Potatoes contain high levels of important minerals like Vitamin C, Potassium and Iron.

Don’t let the potato haters win.  Go ahead enjoy your potato, whether it’s mashed, fried, whipped, twice baked or hash browned.
