City of Killeen Utility Customers Will Need To Call New Number to Make Payments

Beginning Tuesday, July 18, City of Killeen utility customers will need to dial a new phone number in order to make payments.

The new number is (254) 220-4183.

Payment procedures and services will remain the same, and callers are asked to have their utility account number (located on their bill) and their credit card information handy when they call.

Payments are also accepted online at killeentexas.gov/utilitycollections.

Payments may be made in person at the Utility Collections Building, 210 W. Avenue C., Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
