On Friday, police in New Haven, Connecticut were in a standoff with two suspected car thieves who'd shut themselves in a house.   The cops said they were going to release the K-9 unit into the house, but the men called their bluff . . . and that was a problem, because the dogs weren't really there.  So the cops all started FAKING DOG BARKS . . . and it worked.  20-year-old Kwame Wells-Jordan and 23-year-old Norman Boone came out, and were both arrested for motor vehicle theft and burglary.  The police were also able to recover the stolen car,now check out this video of this old dude barking during a news interview..
