These cows definitely have a case of cabin fever. Both of these videos show em skippin' around at the sight of green grass for the first time in 6 months! It's like the kids getting out of school!

In Texas, the cows can usually stay outside most of the year, but in colder climates the cows utters could freeze and cause infection so they are kept inside. That's not to say the cows in the Lone Star State don't have to go indoors during winter weather. In January of 2016, some 15,000 cows died as a result of a huge winter storm between Lubbock, Muleshoe, and Friona. That area of Texas is home to several of the top milk producing counties in the state.

Naturally, these cows seem pretty happy to get out on the grass and run around.
