Crock-Pot Season Is Here, What Is Your Favorite Recipe?

It happened, I was at work and I was having to hold back asking people in our weekly meeting if they had busted out their crock-pots yet. Yes, my mother is coming out in me, I know that a lot of people go to Pinterest or they have their Mom and Grandma's recipe book sitting around. However I never can get a Pinterest recipe to go my way, and I definitely don't have a recipe book around the house. So, I must ask, what is your go to Crock-Pot recipe. I need something I can turn on before I head to work and return home to a delicious meal that I can eat on for a few days! I can't be the only one that is in need of some ideas and delicious recipes!
