The Temple Police Department has released dashcam footage of CJ Grisham's controversial arrest.

Grisham was found guilty this week of interfering with the duties of a police officer after he was stopped by a Temple officer while hiking with his son and carrying an AR-15 rifle. Grisham and the officer got into a heated exchange which Grisham and his son recorded on a cellphone. That footage went viral on YouTube and other video sites, but this is the first time police footage has been made available to the public.

Grisham has been ordered to pay a $2,000 fine but will not be jailed. He plans to appeal.
