Drugs Found in Air Conditioning Vent

Angelica Rose Sager has been arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Sager was stopped on Meggs Street in Copperas Cove after an officer noticed she was driving with a non-functioning license plate early Thursday morning. She was arrested for driving while her license was invalid and without insurance.

A silver canister was found in the driver's air conditioning vent during an inventory of the car.

The canister contained about 2.6 grams of a substance which field-tested positive for methamphetamine.
