Scott & White Marrow Donor Program will host its first online auction from September 18 to October 2 to raise funds to help find a cure for life-threatening blood cancers, such as leukemia and lymphoma.

The goal is to help "Be The Match Registry®", a national marrow donor program, raise $25, 000 by October 2.   Joining the "Be The Match Registry®" is a simple process involving the completion of a health questionnaire and a cheek swab test to determine the registrant’s “tissue type”.     As more Central Texans register, the odds increase that a patient will find a match

Anyone can help by donating items, such as furniture, vehicles, recreational equipment, and antiques, through September 18th.
