Full Northbound I-35 Mainline Closure Tonight Near Troy

I-35 Information Officer Jodi Wheatley says TxDot plans to close the Northbound lanes of I-35 this evening south of Troy.

All I-35 Northbound Mainlines will close March 9th at Midnight until 6am so that contractors can pour concrete onto the new Troy Bridge. This means all Northbound traffic will be detoured onto the Northbound frontage road at Exit 306 (FM 1237/Pendleton Rd), and will re-enter I-35 just north of FM 935/Main Street in Troy. Police will be in position at FM 935/Main Street to direct traffic back onto I-35.

If you are traveling Northbound on I-35 overnight TxDot asks that you please read all signs and obey all traffic control devices.

Workers are expected to be finished by 6am on Thursday. Lanes will re-open as soon as possible upon completion of the road work.
