Garth Brooks has announced his first concerts in Salt Lake City in 17 years.

The country megastar and his wife, Trisha Yearwood, have set the dates for two upcoming concerts that will take place on Friday, Oct. 30, and Saturday, Oct. 31, at Energy Solutions Arena.

The dates are part of the ongoing Garth Brooks World Tour, which kicked off last year and marked the country legend's return to touring after a break of more than a decade, while he devoted his time to raising his children.

The trek has been enormously successful, selling out multiple nights in most of the markets it has played. Brooks recently earned the top spot of any country artist on Forbes' list of the top-earning celebrities, while Pollstar crowned him the top touring country artist for the first half of 2015.

Brooks released a new full-length studio album, Man Against Machine, in 2014, and he's featuring a mix of his past biggest hits and new material at his live gigs. The shows also feature old and new songs from Yearwood, who released her latest project, PrizeFighter: Hit After Hit, in November of 2014.

The couple also received side-by-side stars on the Music City Walk of Fame in Nashville in September.

Tickets for the dates in Salt Lake City will go on sale Friday, Sept. 25 at 10AM MDT, with an eight-ticket limit per purchase exclusively at the Energy Solutions Arena website, or by calling 1-844-63GARTH (1-844-634-2784). There will be no ticket sales at the venue box office or outlets on Sept. 25. All seats will cost a total of $74.98.
