George Strait, the King of Country, took a final bow this past Saturday night (June 7th) in Arlington at AT&T Stadium. He did it just like we knew he would: BIG, and graciously. If George said the words "thank you" once, he said them a thousand times that night. We have the exclusive video here.

George wanted to make sure that every person there and around the world understood that he meant those words from the bottom of his heart and soul. George Strait has given us so many special moments over the years, and so much incredible country music.

I remember the ONLY time I've ever seen him live. I was about 12 years old. My mother and aunt took myself and my brother to the coliseum at Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches. On stage that night opening the show was Sylvia, then George. I couldn't appreciate the performance at the time, but now realize that I was a small part of a much greater legendary performer's amazing career.

From the bottom of OUR hearts and souls George, THANK YOU!
