Collin County Police Ask Drivers to Keep Eye Out for Highway Shooter

So much for taking the back roads in the Dallas area.

Collin County, Texas, has a new ride. It's called "Pot Shots on the Highway". According to CBSDFW.COM, police in Anna, TX are asking people to check their cars for damage. Especially if they heard a noise while they were driving, like a rock hitting their car.

The shots are not penetrating the vehicle doors and side panels making the police think that the shooter is using a high powered pellet gun. But one woman's passenger window was blown out, and her seat stopped the round.

As of last reports, investigators have received four reports from drivers between the cities of Anna and Melissa, but there could be more. Drive safely!
