SCRATCH THAT!!!  It’s against the rules to sell Girl Scout cookies online, doesn’t matter who you are.   The Girl Scouts have made Honey Boo Boo take the ad down.

Why?  Well, this quote comes from the Girl Scouts.  “Buying Girl Scout cookies is more than just handing over money for a box. It’s about the skills and learning a girl gains from interacting directly with you. It’s about the experience of running her own cookie business and working with others. It’s the reason we don’t sell cookies online.

I believe it’s also about online sales encroaching on other Girl Scout’s Territory.

Mama June says they've been helping this friend sell her cookies for three years, and they're going to keep helping, even if they can't do it online. She says, "If I can raise more money for a troop, whoever they are, especially in an area where they don't get a lot of money, and parents can't afford to buy a ton of cookies, why wouldn't I help?

You can Mama June, Just not online, yet.  Girl Scouts are working on how to do that so it's fair for everyone.
