Hunter Hayes looked ready for spring in his light gray suit with lavender accents at tonight’s (April 6) 2014 ACM Awards red carpet.

Hayes was one of the more formally dressed among his fellow jean-clad country stars. The 22-year-old singer-songwriter looked super sleek in his well-fitted suit and slicked-back hair. And if he was feeling nervous to perform his hit song ‘Invisible’ at the awards show, he hid it well!

We were sad to see Hayes later changed out of his pale slacks and jacket in exchange for an all-black performance outfit. However, the dark ensemble was fitting for his moving performance of ‘Invisible,’ which was intended to bring awareness to child hunger. Hayes dedicated tonight’s performance of his ballad to the charity Feeding America. Click here to find out more about the charity and how you can help.

Gray and lavender complemented by dark brown leather — his color combo was on point!
