Important Reminder For Women Everywhere

Hey you, yeah YOU. You are beautiful, you are unique and you are enough. What if You never got that first insult in grade school? What if Junior High wasn't cruel to you and High School didn't bring out your insecurities? I watched a movie last night, and it reminded me how important it is to empower each other. Most importantly, look in the mirror every morning and tell myself "I am more than enough". I laughed until I almost cried while watching this movie, what if you could have all the confidence in the world? How much more could we achieve! Amy Schumer's "I Feel Pretty" made me feel like I can take on the world.

Lately, I have been so hard on myself, my weight, my face has been breaking out, my apartment is turned upside down. Shouldn't I be excited that summer is around the corner? Instead, I focus on the negatives and complain. There is no time to complain or feel sorry for myself. Recently a woman who I look up to shared something on Facebook saying "Don't ever save anything for a special occasion. Being alive is the special occasion." So ladies, here is my reminder to myself and to you. We are the special occasion baby! Have confidence in yourself, and whatever dream you may have, make it a goal, take action. You are beautiful sister. Make magic happen today. Feel pretty today, and tomorrow!
