I’ve Never Seen a Rambling Wedding Tribute From Someone This Sober

Continuing my trend of finding cuteness just bursting at the seams, I've found the best wedding toast ever done by someone sober.  At least I hope she's sober.  Otherwise, we've got some bigger issues to deal with.
