Jumping Off Courthouse Balcony is an Example of What Not to Do in Court
You never want to do something that will make you look guilty of something. Especially if you are guilty.
In Spanish Fork, Utah officials say a man jumped (sort of) over a second-floor courthouse balcony after running from a courtroom.
The would-be fugitive is Christopher Clay Rudd, 35, who was in court for violating the terms of a court-mandated drug treatment program.
WAIT! Drugs? This guy? Never would've guessed.
What time he would've been sent to jail for is now multiplied with, what officials say, is a broken leg, broken pelvis, and a fractured skull. Plus, possibly even more charges for making a real bad decision.
