Julian Bernard Culbreath Jr. has been arrested after allegedly bringing a loaded firearm into a club on Elms Street in Killeen around 1 a.m. on July 26.

The manager told officers that Culbreath entered the club with a firearm, despite the felony notice that states that weapons may not be carried on the premises. An officer conducted a pat-down on Culbreath and found a hard item beneath his vest.

Culbreath was carrying a 9 mm pistol with five rounds.

Culbreath claimed to have a concealed handgun license, but later said that he did not.

Culbreath has been arraigned on a charge of unlawfully carrying a weapon on a licensed premise, and bail was set at $25,000.
