Killeen Police have arrested four people wanted for engaging in organized criminal activity and are now asking for the public's help in finding a fifth suspect.

The suspects are accused of stealing cell phones and pawning them. The incidents happened in September, October and November of 2013 in Killeen and Harker Heights.

The suspects would ask to use a victim’s phone before either running away with the phone or taking it by force.  They would then pawn stolen phones for cash.

 

4 suspects have been arrested one is still on the loose.  Efrem Trevon Edwards is described as an 18 year old black male; he is 5’7” tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds.  He has Mohawk style black hair and brown eyes.
