Killeen Police Investigating after Teen was Shot in the Chest Wednesday

A teenager is in serious condition at a local hospital after being shot in the chest Wednesday afternoon.

Killeen police were called to the 600 block of Bishop Drive shortly after 3:30 PM Wednesday. There they found a 15-year-old boy with a gunshot wound to his chest. The victim was transported to McLane's Children's Hospital in Temple in serious condition. Police say the victim was unable to tell them where the shooting took place.
