Killeen police are searching for a man who may information about a fatal shooting, and they say he is armed and dangerous.

19-year-old Torico James Devon Crutcher was captured on surveillance footage in the area of Lake Road on the morning of Friday, March 4, 2016. The Bell County District Attorney's Office has issued a warrant for Crutcher, alleging Attempted Burglary of a Habitation.

Shortly before 6:40 AM of March 4, 33-year-old Bo Gene Swetlik stepped out onto the porch of a home in the 4500 block of Lake Road and was gunned down. Neighbors told detectives that two men were seen trying to force their way into houses in the neighborhood around the time of the shooting.

Detectives believe Crutcher is one of those men, and while they haven't declared him a suspect, they do want to interview him about the shooting.

Crutcher stands 5’ 8” tall and weighs approximately 155 pounds. Police say he is armed and dangerous, and they're warning citizens not to try to apprehend him.
