Killeen Police Searching for Possible Witness to Crime

Police in Killeen are asking for the public’s help in locating a potential witness to a crime.

Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division are trying to locate 20-year-old Shaian Marie Westbrook. She’s described as a 5’6” black woman with black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of the name “Jaycion” on her lower left arm.
