Kobe Bryant says he Would Slap “The Hell Out of” Rutgers Coach Mike Rice

Kobe Bryant was on Jim Rome's show last night, and he talked about Rutgers ex-coach Mike Rice abusing his players.

Jim asked him if he would have put up with that from a coach.  (Kobe said he would have, quote, "smacked the hell out of him."  Rome asked him if he really would have done that as an 18-year-old kid, fresh out of high school.  And Kobe pointed out that when he was 18, he was already in the NBA standing up to Shaquille O'Neal.
