This one's not a Texas story, but it's getting a lot of buzz.

Barry Ridge of Franklin, Indiana was arrested Saturday after someone called the police to report a drunk man mowing their yard. Oddly enough, it's not the first time Ridge has been arrested for driving a lawnmower while drunk. In fact, his arrest came as he was awaiting trial for the first incident.

According to KHOU.com, Ridge had a blood alcohol level of 0.189%. The legal limit for them Hoosiers is .08 like most places. When the police finally caught up to this grass clipping outlaw they cornered him in a Kroger parking lot and arrested him for operating the mower while intoxicated and for creating a general disturbance. His stallion-like Huskee lawn tractor has since been impounded.
