Someone ought to write a country song about this.

A man in Lincoln County, Kentucky has been charged with violating a grave, public intoxication, and possession of marijuana after deputies caught him trying to dig up his dead father in order to have an argument with him.

44-year-old Michael May's father died 30 years ago, so whatever May had to say to him must have been pretty important. Then again, May was reportedly as drunk as a poet on payday, so maybe it wasn't. In fact, police aren't even sure the grave he was trying to dig up actually belonged to his father.

Yeah, there's a song in there somewhere. If you write it, be sure to send us a copy.
