Mannequin Challenge + Mannequin’s from the 1980’s

So, now the internet has us all posing as mannequins, but all it prompts me to do is reflect on entertainment from the 80's. Do you remember the film 'Mannequin' or 'Today's Special?'

Did you brain just tickle with a faint memory? Take a look back at this Canadian children's show that was on air from 1981-1987, where a department store mannequin is brought to life each night with the help of the store designer, mouse and magic hat. I have vague memories of watching this on Nickelodeon.

You may be more familiar with the 1987 movie, 'Mannequin,' starring Andrew McCarthy and Kim Cattrall. It's a similar premise, with a much more adult storyline. Yes, he's a brat-packer, and she was Samantha in Sex and the City on HBO.
