More Killeen Street Closures Coming Soon

The City of Killeen has announced another set of street closures that are coming to the area soon. According to a press release from The City of Killeen, eastbound lanes of Rancier Avenue, between 10th Street and 18th Street, will be closed weekdays beginning Monday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for approximately two weeks. This closure is for utility work and involves open cut excavation to replace water mains.

Also, Illinois Avenue, from Trimmier Road to Prather Drive, will be closed to through traffic through mid-October for utility and curb and gutter work. Be careful and find alternate routes if you find yourself having to travel in these areas. For more information, visit killeentexas.gov.
