Most Beautiful Cities in Texas

What makes a city beautiful. Hint. It's not the cities personality. 

Ultramodern Home put together the list on a YouTube video. It seems that shiney glass buildings, water, and, well, that's about it. Big downtown areas seem to be the key. Then there's Lubbock. Yea, I can't make up and excuse on why they chose Lubbock. Hell, even the picture they show is taken from the side of a highway. It's like they didn't really want to stop in the city long enough to even take a decent picture.
