New Detours for Stagecoach Road in Killeen have been Rescheduled for February 11

Construction is expanding onto a new section of Stagecoach Road next week.  Beginning Tuesday February 11, Stagecoach Road will be closed from West Trimmier Road to Turkey Trot Road for about seven months.

Property owners along the closed roadway will have access to their properties.

The closure of Stagecoach Road and East Trimmier Road from Onion Road to Sulfur Spring Drive will continue through May. Detours will remain in place.

Motorists should exercise caution while in the Stagecoach Road area and plan alternate routes if possible.

Both closures are Phase 2 of the Stagecoach Road Reconstruction Project which will widen Stagecoach Road to two lanes in each direction and add a continuous center turn lane from the Harker Heights city limit to State Highway 195. The entire project is scheduled for completion in spring 2016.
