Old Dominion began 2016 in style by celebrating their No. 1 hit for "Break Up With Him," garnering two ACM nominations for New Vocal Group/Duo of the Year and Vocal Group of the Year and making their late night debut Monday night (Feb. 1) on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

"As songwriters, we started playing together so our songs would be heard and people would hopefully want to cut them," says lead singer Matthew Ramsey in a press release. "So to know that as a band we have been honored by receiving this type of recognition has us all feeling incredibly grateful and truthfully, a little speechless."

Old Dominion took the stage at Jimmy Kimmel Live!'s studio in California to perform two songs; their current single "Snapback" and multi-week No. 1 "Break Up With Him," both off their debut album Meat and Candy. While the familiar "Break Up With Him" had the band covered in blue and red spotlight, "Snapback" showcased the group's stage presence with an energetic performance of the song as the audience looked on.

Old Dominion are currently on the road headlining their Meat and Candy Tour before they head to London for the C2C festival. Later this year they'll join Kenny Chesney's tour for their second summer with Miranda Lambert and Sam Hunt. They played their first concert of 2016 last month in Nashville to a sold-out audience at Marathon Music Works, where they showcased their new music, as well as the hits they've written for other artists, like Tyler Farr’s “A Guy Walks Into a Bar,” Chesney’s “Save It for a Rainy Day,” Dierks Bentley’s “Say You Do,” Blake Shelton’s “Sangria,” Hunt’s “Ex to See” and Craig Morgan’s “Wake Up Lovin’ You.”
