One Person Is Dead After a Fatal Tractor Accident in Salado

KWTX is reporting the death of a central Texas man after an accident involving a tractor on Friday.

Police responded to a call from a rural property located West of Salado after a tree fell on a man using a tractor to clear off the area. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The accident happened on Lyndal Lane west of town.

The man's identity has not yet been released. Police are continuing to investigate the situation. No autopsy has been ordered.
