Bill Iffrig is the 78-year-old runner from the now-iconic photo after the explosions at the Boston Marathon yesterday.

In the photo that has been seen all over the world, Iffrig had been knocked to the ground by the blast and he was surrounded by police officers. Piers Morgan interviewed Iffrig on CNN last night he talked about the explosion knocking him over.

Iffrig said he got down to the finish line and when the bomb exploded, the shock wave hit him and he fell to the ground.  He said he didn't feel any pain, and just laid down on the ground until someone came over and helped him.  The person who helped him took him to the finish line so he could finish his race.
