Ruff day at the office? Take Your Dog to Work Day!

I woke up a little late this morning, but still had plenty of time to turn on the Today show and catch their segment on "Take Your Dog To Work Day".I thought that sounded like the perfect opportunity to bring my first born Dolly to the studio to meet all my co-workers. Dolly is my "good" kid. She is much more calm and MUCH more socialized than my baby boy Dewey. It did break my heart a little to have to leave him home alone for the afternoon, but sometimes a Mommy and a Daughter just need to spend a little girl time together.

Dolly loves to ride in the car and just sit in my lap the entire ride from Gatesville. She really is more like a purse than a dog most of the time. I introduced her around the office and she even got a chance to charm the boss man, Jamie Garrett.

Dolly had her own turn on the microphone today with my Hello Kitty headphones, but she was a little shy and didn't really have much to say.

A good time was had by all...
