Newly appointed Texas Education Commissioner Mike Morath introduced a new teacher evaluation plan called T-TESS will go into effect this summer.

This plan would directly tie teachers’ evaluations to their students’ standardized test scores.

Especially the ones in this area.

More than 100,000 education professionals included in two statewide teachers unions filed 2 different lawsuits against Morath, last week.

Some say Governor Greg Abbott is to blame for appointing Morath.

What do you think?
