Someone Picked a Peck of Pretty Panties at Victoria Secret in the Temple Mall

It's going to be a long, hot summer. It seems someone wanted plenty of choices for their undergarments.

According to KWTX, Temple police are in search of a suspect who picked a peck of sexy panties - over 200 pairs worth over $5,000, in fact - at  Victoria Secret store at the Temple Mall.

As if the mall didn't have enough to deal with trying to keep stores, now people are stealing from the new ones.

Police were called to the mall last Thursday just after 1 p.m. by the store manager after employees noticed that dozens of "Very Sexy" panties went missing from a display table.

The panties retailed between $14.50 and $25 a pair. Nice mark up from something that was probably made by prisoners in South Carolina. Talk about  wash before you wear items.

Temple Police believe the theft occurred between 10 a.m. and 12:20 p.m.
