The 2017 Spring elections will be a busy time for the city of Killeen.

Four seats on the Killeen city council will be be decided during the upcoming May 6th elections. Candidates will have a month or so to fill out ballot applications beginning January 18th through February 17th. The seats up for election are the District 1 seat held by Shirley Fleming, the District 2 seat held by Richard Young, District 3 held by Jim Kilpatrick, and District 4 currently held by Brockley Moore.

Bell County positions are voted on during even numbered years so positions at the county level will not be voted on until 2018. Early voting for the spring elections begins April 24th and ends May 2nd.
