Belton

Established in 1850, Belton was the first town in Bell County and remains its county seat. Downtown Belton is one of Texas' most beautiful and celebrated downtown areas, and hosts a legendary 4th of July parade every year.

Belton is also home to the Bell County Expo Center - a perfect domed complex for rodeos, concerts, equine events, indoor sports, and the massive Bell County Comic Con.
